ARE welcomes independent designers with original collections. We are a curated platform built for emerging and established creators who design with intention — whether that means handcrafting every piece, working in small batches, or pushing the boundaries of sustainable fashion.

We prioritize ethical production at every level. Designers on ARE are expected to uphold fair wages for all workers involved in their supply chain, use sustainable or responsibly sourced materials wherever possible, and be transparent about where and how their products are made. We believe accountability is part of good design.

Designers must provide accurate and complete product information, including pricing, sizing, materials, and current availability. Customers rely on this information to make informed purchasing decisions, and we hold our community to a high standard of honesty and reliability.

Every application to ARE is reviewed by our team. We evaluate each designer on the quality of their work and the authenticity of their brand story — not the size of their following or the volume of their output.
